Yoga Class Schedule: List

Adult Yoga Flow

Wednesday
6:30-7:45pm

Weekly group yoga class: a Hatha based flow class. A slower paced class to enable deeper stretches and connection. Including meditation, positive affirmation, asanas and Savasana. On the last Wednesday of the month we have a longer relaxation (Yoga Nidra)

Please bring a yoga mat, water and a warm jumper or blanket.

Adult yoga

Saturday
9:00-10:15am

Wake and flow; wake and glow. A fortnightly Saturday morning yoga class. Wake up and get moving; a gentle movement based flow class to release, stretch and awaken your body and senses. Positive affirmation setting to help you stick to those goals over the weekend and enjoy yourself.

Please bring a yoga mat, towel, water and blanket (for relaxation)

Private classes

Private 1:1 / group yoga for children & adults 

Private 1:1 yoga classes are available for children and adults. This will be a gentle adaptable approach that is suitable for all using Special Yoga methodology. Working on breathing techniques and creating a practice that meets your needs. 

​

Private group yoga is also available for adults at Believe Therapy Rooms or Alysha can travel to a private location for a special occasion or event.

Yoga Class

Drop in class

£8.00

A single class pass booked less than a week ahead of class or a drop in for cash based payment at the class (please message ahead to ensure there is space)

Early Bird

£7.50

A single class pass booked a week or more in advance of the class for a lower rate. Payment to be taken at booking for early bird rate.

4 week pass

£28

Best rate class pass. Booking for 4 weeks consecutive classes. payment to be taken upon booking. One class may be rolled over to the following month providing notice is given.
